EXCHANGE
· Exchange are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received due to an error on our part.
· All such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with clear images and order details.
· We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of the product once delivered.
· Items purchased during discounts, offers, or sales are strictly ineligible for return.
· Size exchanges are available for eligible products, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
· The customer may be responsible for the cost of reverse shipping in some condition, and availability of sizes is subject to stock.
Reverse Shipment Charges
· In case of excessive exchange requests, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be charged separately.
